Is an account necessary for placing an order?

Registering with ForthFashion is easy. You can create a unique account by going through the following steps: • 1. Click on the “LOGIN” sign found on the top right of the home screen • 2. Click on the “Create an Account” tab found on the “Customer Login” screen. • 3. Enter your unique information on the account creation page. • 4. Click on the “Submit” tab for account creation.
How can I find a specific product I am looking for?
All our products come with a unique product code/name. Simply enter the specific code/name in the search option available on the website and it will help you find the product of your choice. If you do not receive any results, this means the product is not available anymore.
How do I place an order?
Following are the steps to place an order successfully: Once your desired product has been selected, you will need to confirm to place your order. There are three ways you can place your order: • Ordering through the Product Screen • Add to Cart Button
How can I change my shipping address?
Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address. In case your order is confirmed and you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. The requested change will be carried out in case the order is not processed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
You will be provided with a tracking ID in order to keep a track of your order. Order delivery takes 4-5 days, depending on the size and availability of the product.
Do you take orders over WhatsApp, instagram or through messengers?
Yes, you can place your order on WhatsApp and also on our official ForthFashion instagram and facebook page. Please ensure to provide the article number, color and size of the product you wish to purchase.
How will I know the status of my order?

How many times does the courier service agent attempt to deliver my order?
You will be contacted by the courier service agent 8 hours before the delivery time, if you fail to receive your order on your doorstep, the agent will attempt to contact you again. Your order will be automatically cancelled if you fail to receive the order the second time as well.
Can I add more items to my existing order?
You will have to place a new order and cannot add more items to the order that has been processed. Please contact our customer service immediately in case of any guidance.

If an article is out of stock, how can I be informed about its re-arrival?

Is there any form of advance payment required for COD?
No, you only need to pay the full amount in cash once your parcel is delivered to you.
Are there any additional charges on exchange?
We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect. If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s).
In how many destinations is this service available?
The COD service is available all over Pakistan. COD is not available internationally.
Are your prices negotiable?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by sending us an email, messaging on our page or calling at the Call Center.
